Contacting BabyNamy

Please visit the FAQ and HELP sections, which contain helpful information on using our services and features. If you encounter any issues or require assistance, there are several ways to contact BabyNamy.

Using the Support Ticket system allows for two-way communication without the need for email, enabling us to resolve problems more efficiently.

Click on the Support Ticket option from the Dashboard. On your mobile device, click the menu (three dashes on the top right corner) and select "Support Ticket." From there, you can add and manage your communications with BabyNamy. Enter a subject and choose the issue you are experiencing, then provide details about the problem you are encountering.

If you notice any campaign involving abuse, hate speech, fraud, or other issues, please click on the Red flag at the top of the campaign. Only sign-in members can see this red flag. A form will appear that will display your username and other necessary details. Enter the subject of the problem, such as "Spam" or "Abusive Posts," and provide a detailed description of the problems; we will investigate the campaign issue and resolve any problems. We may or may not contact you in response to your report. Non-members are not authorized to report campaigns.

If you are not signed in, you can use the Contact Us form in the footer on the public side of the site. Please provide your email address, the subject of the problem, and your message. We will respond to your email as soon as possible. Please use this form only if you are unable to access your account. If you are having trouble accessing your account, and if resetting your password isn't working.

If you wish to contact us for advertising, please note that we do not use advertisement banners or sell user information.
