Abuse or Fraud

Abusing members or sponsors who use BabyNamy is strictly prohibited as per common rules and as stated in our Terms Of Service (TOS). Any attack, insult, hate speech, threat, or disrespect towards others on our platform is prohibited. We do not tolerate any abuse based on someone's race, religion, gender, orientation, or any other personal belief.

We encourage everyone to treat each other with kindness and respect. If you encounter abusive or fraudulent behavior, please report it to us using the Support Ticket or the Contact Us form.

We do not allow vulgar or insulting posts, names, or sponsor messages. Suppose a sponsor donates with wording that violates our TOS. In that case, we will remove the offensive message or name without any refunds. Additionally, if a campaign is abusive, we will suspend it. After reviewing the situation, if the issue is not resolved, we will issue refunds to the sponsors.

Please let us know if a campaign is fraudulent, and we will investigate immediately. Only the person who is pregnant is allowed to start a BabyNamy campaign. Starting a campaign for someone else is not allowed. Please refer to Starting a BabyNamy for more information.
